• Cold forging

  Refers to a processing method in which a metallic material is
  injected into a mold and subjected to plastic deformation under
  high pressure. In such a process, the material is plastically deformed
  in multiple stages while going through a series of molds with the
  different shapes. The desired shape is then achieved during the
  last stage.

• Thread Rolling

  Refers to a processing method in which a material is rolled
  through a bolt-threaded mold to produce a product with a
  specific surface pattern.

• heat treatment

  Refers to a process in which a metallic material is heated and
  cooled to specific temperatures to deform its microstructure and
  thus achieve the required properties.

  Refers to a process in which complete products are inspected
  for any defects using multifunctional screening equipment
  (vision inspection, laser inspection, 360-degree inspection, and
  non-destructive heat-treatment inspection).

• Automatic
  Warehouse System

  Refers to a process that ensures inventory control of completed
  products and maintains first-in-first-out(FIFO) management
  based on lot number tracking, thereby making sure that all customer
  orders are delivered in a timely manner while minimizing product
  shelf time.
